Golfbidder do not store any credit card details. All payments are hosted and process by our provider.
All items delivered must be signed for. If nobody is available to sign and you have no special instructions then the courier will post their contact details through the door for you to contact them directly to reschedule the delivery. There is no extra charge.
Your order does not have to be sent to your billing address. When you place your order, you can specify a different delivery address at the checkout. However, we may require your first order to be sent to your billing address.

If your order has already shipped, you must contact your delivery carrier after one failed delivery attempt.
Yes you can arrange to collect your order from the Golfbidder Showroom Chessington, Surrey. This is an option during the checkout process.
Your tracking information is provided via email once your item is picked and packed. It is updated once (and each time there after) your parcel is scanned.
Yes – we offer 60-day returns on all used golf clubs.
First 30 days: Return for a full refund.
Days 31–60: Return for a Golfbidder store credit.
All we ask is that the clubs are returned in the same condition you received them.
For brand-new products, please ensure they are returned in their original condition, with all the packaging, and within 30-days of receipt.
Whether you keep it or return it, every club is backed by our minimum 12-month warranty, for complete peace of mind.
Yes – although the majority of our clubs are used, we do stock new clubs from all of the top brands.
If you return your purchase to Golfbidder, any refund due to your will be via the original payment method. For example, if you paid via Golfbidder Store Credit, you’ll be refunded the credits back.
